🛳️북한이 지난달 21일 진수식 도중 넘어져 좌초한 신형 5천t급 구축함을 수리해 진수식을 했다. 조선중앙통신은 13일 “조선인민군해군 구축함 진수기념식이 6월 12일에 라진조선소에서 진행됐다”고 보도했다. 노동당 중앙군사위원회의 명령에 따라 이 함정의 함급은 지난 4월 진수한 ‘최현급’이라고 밝혀 5천t급 구축함임을 확인했고 함명은 ‘강건호’로 명명됐다. 북한이 청진항에서 진수 중 넘어져 물에 빠졌던 ‘최현급 2번함’ 구축함인 강건함(북한식 표기 강건호)을 불과 3주 만에 꺼내 수리하고 새로 진수식까지 거창하게 치르면서 이 배가 실제로 제대로 운항하며 제기능을 발휘할 수 있을지 회의적인 시각이 커지고 있다. ‘최현급 구축함’ 2번함으로 불리는 강건함은 수리를 위해 항구를 옮기는 과정에서 자체 동력을 쓰지 못한 것으로 전해졌다. 땜방질한 상처투성이 배임에도 보여주기식 진수식을 가져 제대로 운항할 수 있을지 의혹이 커지고 있다. 6월 13일 북한은 관영매체를 통해 해군 구축함 진수기념식이 지난 6월 12일 라진조선소에서 진행됐다고 밝혔다. 새로 진수된 구축함은 지난달 21일 청진조선소에서 진수식 도중 넘어져 좌초한 5000t급 구축함으로 파악된다.
