<TOPIC1> ‘Bali Bali’ Culture
‘Bali, bali’ is an expression!!!!!!! that can be heard in Korea. As such, it is often one of the first expression!!!!!!!s to be picked up by foreigners. Indeed, compared to other nations, Koreans have a tendency to do almost everything quickly, from eating quickly to swiftly adopting new technology.
A good example is the rapid rate of connectivity to the Internet – a phenomenon that has snowballed since 2000, when the government pioneered a scheme called ‘Cyber Korea 21’.
Most Koreans are proud of the fact that their country has one of the fastest Internet infrastructures in the world. Perhaps this is fortunate, as Koreans would probably find it difficult to endure the frustratingly slow connection speeds in may other countries.
Mobile phones are another good example. It has been suggested that Koreans’ quick-temperedness has been at least partly responsible for pushing the mobile phone penetration rate to one of the highest in the world. Korea is now one of the world leaders in mobile phone technology.
Koreans’ penchant for getting things done as quickly as possible has had a couple of serious consequences, most notably the collapse of the Sampoong Department Store and the Songsoo Bridge disaster. But the side effects are usually less severe.
For example, Koreans might get indigestion from gulping down food, scalded hands from vending machine coffee cups that are still in the process of being filled, and, possibly, a headache from scoffing down ice cream too quickly.
It has also been observed that, while Westerners typically wait until the credits start to roll before getting up and leaving the movie theatre, most Koreans usually make their exit right after the final climax. While foreigners hail taxis and buses from the side of the road, Koreans tend to march right onto the road.
Of course, this might be because it’s the only way to ensure that the frantic bus or taxi driver will actually notice you!

<TOPIC 2>Five Things Every Man Wants in a Woman
Women can sometimes have a difficult time figuring out what their men want. Like women, men also expect their partner to treat them right and know the things they need. But if you do not, don't feel bad. There are certain things in women that men find repulsive, like repeat swearing, a bad attitude, and bad hygiene. However, there are also things that all men love.
Given below are five things every man wants in a woman:
1. Respect - Respect works both ways, that is a given. If you can't respect your man, then he won't respect you and it won't be long until he finds someone else. Listen to him when he talks, do things for him, and give him compliments. As long as you make an effort to please him, he won't ever let you go.
2. Attractiveness - This is a dreaded reality but, looks do matter. You may occasionally find someone who could care less about your looks, but it won't happen often. There has got to be an element of physical attraction present in order for males to sense that "fire". Men are visual creatures (much more visual than women) and if you're not feeding their visual needs, someone else will be. It's not like you've got to walk around in plus size corsets all day, but at least try to maintain a clean appearance and dress seductively every now and then.
3. Confidence - If you're into yourself, your man will also be into you. Women who are less confident may attract the wrong types of men, like those who prey on vulnerability. That is something you can do without. Simply walk, talk, and act with confidence at all times and you will find that your man always wants to be around you and no one else.
4. Unpredictability - You can't be boring if you want your relationship to work out. Don't be afraid to do new things and take risks. Just when you feel that you are falling into a comfortable routine in your relationship, it's time to mix things up, and quick. A man might say he is happy, but if you're not interesting to him, he'll slowly begin to slip away.
5. Femininity - There are plenty of women who behave like tomboys that are attractive to men, but in the long run, it's best to act like a lady. Femininity is very attractive to a man, just as masculinity is attractive to a woman. No man wants his woman to spit, cuss, and dress inappropriately. Make sure that you smell good, are well-mannered, and most of all, make him feel like a man.
The most important things to keep in mind when dating someone you really care about is to dress nicely, behave like a lady, be respectful, and adventurous. When it's all said and done, not all men want to date plus size body stocking models, but a woman who will make them feel loved and nurtured. They need someone they can talk to and lean on in times of hardship and someone they can really love and admire.
