According to this story, emotional eating is bad because it is harmful to our physical and mental health. So, we have to reduce emotional eating. When I got get stressed, I want to ice cream want ice cream.
But it is bad because I have a cold.
And I reccommend recommend that if you got get stressed, try doing yoga, reading a book, or doing another activity to help relieve stress. Then your stress is get out will go away.
If you don’t feel like doing an activity, I recommend that you fall asleep try to get some sleep.
