Nummular Eczema and Osmidrosis Stem from One Root(Photo Attached)

All of autoimmune diseases around skin have common signs.

Those are
Liver Ying( Blood) is weak or too strong.
Liver Yang(Ki) is hasty.
Lung Ki is weak.
Heart Ki is also weak.

Though the symptoms are various according to the individual
status, but the basic status - five organ status are common.

The following treatment case is to prove above facts.

1. Personal Information
    Kang   0    0, Female,  13 years old.
    Middle shcool student
    Address : Kyungbuk Province, South Korea
    
2. Chief Complaints
    Bad odor from armpits and other parts.
    Nummular eczema over the knee. This is getting worse with
    steroids ointments. Of cause the steroids were very effective
    at early days.
   (Below photo shows the improved status after first prescription.
    The status before treatment was covered with small bosses
     and secretions. So her mother sent this photo after the 1st
     with praising Harabi herbal medicine. The surface is even. )




3. Other Symptoms and Signs
    Chronic rhinitis
    Rare urine
    Sweat little but if any from armpits and face.
    (Sweated areas on armpits of blouse are colored yellowish.) 
    Lots of  leucorrhea and bad odor
  
    Pulse : A little float, a little strong, tensed and weak
    Tongue : Furs on reddish apex and geographic on root.
    Abdomen : Pain on central linear area in upper and lower.
    
4. Diagnosis
    Liver weak
    Heart weak
    Lung weak
    Kidney a little weak.  

5. Pathology
    Odor : Please refer to above common pathology. In this case
              the odor will be more because the kidney is a little weak
              so the odor products should be more.

    Eczema : Some stimulus as grass or insects make her itching
                   and she might scratch the part. This would be
                   developed to autoimmunity with matching her body
                   condition.
              
    
6.  Prescription
     To improve liver
     To irrigate
     To circulate on marginal surface
     To strengthen surface.(This looks not suitable for odor. But
     it is need for eczema. She was very sensitive to the eyes on
     the street and her friends.)
     To evaporate.( This looks against to strengthen surface. To
     avoid collision of two, I regulated them. One - to strengthen
     surface - is for Ki part, the other - to evaporate - is for Water
     part.) 

7. Result

    1st Prescription
    Same as above referred.
  
    1st Result
    Odor : Little changed
    Eczema :  Remained red. No bosses and no secretions
    Geographic Tongue : Little changed  

    2nd prescription
     Same as 1st but added the herbs for devastated blood.
    
    2nd Result
    Odor : Decreased yellowish sweat and bad odor a little
    Eczema : Nearer to normal skin
    Others : Leucorrhea still a lot
                 Geographic areas of tongue are reduced to one third.
    
    3rd Prescription
    Same as befor but added for low abdominal pain.

    3rd Result
    Eczema : Her mother said "Disappeared completely."
    Ordor : Reduced but still remain
    Others : Abdominal pains are reduced but left low is very stiffen.

    4th prescription
     Added the herbs for evaporation.
    
    4차 Result
     Qouted her mother's statement in Q & A in korean version.
     "Eczema is normal. It is difficult to distinguish it. I can recognize
     its trace only with previous acknowledgement. The odor is more
     under cloudy weather. She is still feeling pain on abdomen
     and  dizziness. I said that the sweat did not color her blouse
     but now I carefully investigate it and find a little change."
  
     In short, eczema is compleletely normalized and the odor
     is reduced to the extent that she forgets former complaints
     - "I will do at any cost even if the ordor is getting a little."

    "습진은 거의 흔적만 남아있고 유심히 보아야만 보일정도입니다.
    피부색도 정상적으로보이고요. 냄새는 딸애말로는 날씨가 흐리거나
    하면 더 심하게 느껴진다고 합니다. 여전히 배아프고 어지럽다는 말은
    많이 하고요  그리고 그동안 옷색깔이 변하지 않는다고했는데 유심히
    보니 아직은 색이 노랗게 보입니다."

        5th Prescription
     Now it is not neccessory to consider eczema, the herbs for
     evaporation shall be main.
