On Nov. 14, 2017, the judge determined that Hana owed me $24,250.55. After one month had passed, Hana did not pay her debt. I had to file a notice of garnishment for forcible execution. After interest was calculated by the court, Hana owed me $24,946.37. Based on the rule of the Small Claims Court, I should to send the notice of garnishment to bank which Hana has a account, as well as to service the notice to Hana. On Dec. 22, 2017, I got $23.03 payment. I am not sure if Hana transferred her money to other banks after she got the notice of garnishment.
i believe she tried to hide her money from bank account. Also, try notice to the Korean Shinhan bank at the yonge street. Its a good bank to conceal the money from major banks of Canada.
Did your son do not work with the broker/agent? did you not have 1. 12 month predated cheques 2. credit score 3. employment letter 4. references before you and Hana signed the lease agreement?
This is our first time to rent out our condo. My son posted an ad at Kijiji. I did not live in Canada. I bought the unit for my son, but he suddenly decided to work in Beijing. If we used a broker/agent, the incident cannot happen. It is our mistake. Her TD statement showed the balance was about $20,000. Hana told my son she will be a UofT student and her mother will live with her in my unit. They were confirmed to be fake information. Her mother never lived in my unit with her instead of that she subleased our master room to her Korean friend to earn rental. Thank you!
첫댓글 Why dont you post her face photos along with all your posts? It can help.
I am not sure if it is legal to post her pictures. Her pictures can be found at hanababyyyy by google.

This is so valuable. I do recommend going to KEB and show this document.
Thanks! I'll try it.
