Nexus was pleased to host the FOBISIA EAL JAWS workshop, welcoming 50 educators from 18 schools for a day of professional learning and collaboration. Guided by the theme “Building Solid Foundations: Developing a Well-Structured Pathway for Foundation English Programs,” the session focused on designing clear, intentional pathways to support multilingual learners.

The programme featured expert keynotes, practical workshops, and collaborative discussions exploring inclusive learning environments, curriculum innovation, and the role of AI and EdTech in EAL. The day highlighted how strong EAL provision builds learner confidence and ensures continuity as learners progress through their learning journey across primary and secondary.
