Kichan Nam is a Project leader who is in charge of the WCU project as a Professor of MIS and a department chair of the Service Systems Management and Engineering at Sogang Business School. He has dedicated his research efforts to IS outsourcing, IT service management, and service science. He has been published about 50 papers at international and domestic journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Communications of the ACM, Journal of MIS, Korean Journal of MIS, etc. His dominant position in IT outsourcing and IT services in Korea has consulted many Korean companies, public corporations, and government agencies. He has led many research projects with companies and given lectures regarding IT outsourcing and services to

a variety of in Korea. He was also given the best paper award in 2009 at Korean MIS Conference and in 2007 at HICCS. Now he is the president of ITSMF Korea.

Young Jai Park is a Professor of Physics at Sogang University. His research focus is on mathematical physics and numerical analysis. He is doing research on the primary characteristics of mathematical theories of physics using numerical analysis to correctly describe natural phenomena. In particle physics area, he has published 130 papers (108 SCI journal papers and 22 Korean journal papers). He has also published 37 papers regarding non-linear characteristics of the natural systems using various computer programs at SCI listed journals since 1998 and 8 papers on quantum information since 2000.

Sooyong Park is Professor of Computer Science at Sogang University. His research interest is in software engineering and systems requirement analysis. He worked for TRW as Senior Software Engineer to obtain practical knowledge about software engineering. He is an Asian-Pacific Software Engineering Conference Steering committee member and a founding organizer for Dynamic Software Product Line Workshop. He has published 55 papers at the top tier outlets including IEEE Computer and Communications of the ACM. He was the editor of Communication of the ACM for the December issue of 2006 and an active editorial board member of Industrial Management

and Data Systems Journal, and Journal of Computer and Information Systems.

Jong Hun Park is a Professor of Strategic Management at Sogang University. He is interested in competitive strategy, corporate governance structure, and multi-national firm performance. He has published more than 40 papers (20 papers at SSCI journals and more than 20 papers at Korean journals). In particular, he has published papers at top tier journals including Academy of Management Journal (AMJ), Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), and Journal of Management Studies (JOMS). He was given Carolyn Dexter Best Paper Award by Academy of Management in 1999. He had worked for City University of Hong Kong from 1997 to 2000. He performed many consulting projects forKorean companies together with local and Korean companies together with local and

global Korean companies together with local and global consulting firms based on his research performance. His experiences will help our program to be practical.

Yong Jin Kim Kim is Associate Professor of MIS at Sogang University. He was on the faculty of the State University of New York at Binghamton from 2002-2007. He has served as a chair several committees for Korean government including strategic technology development committee and new growth driver development committee. His research interest is in knowledge management and service innovation including process innovation, information systems success, e-business support systems and their success, and information technology valuation. His recent research focuses on the understanding of the factors affecting firm performance from knowledge management and service systems

perspective. He has published 25 papers since 2002 in the top quality journals such as MIS Quarterly, Communications of the ACM, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Information Management, and Communications of AIS. He also has plenty of industry experience with information systems integration projects including a business process engineering project for Samsung Life Insurance Co., Ltd., an online accounting systems development project for the Bank of Korea, and a business recovery planning project for Korea Financial Telecommunication and Clearing Institute. His active publications to high quality journals has earned him a place among the most influential individual from around the United States listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America 2007 edition. He is performing as a senior editor for JITTA and information Systems Frontiers and on the editorial board of Journal of Global Information Management.

Myung Suk Kim Kim is Assistant Professor of Management Science at Sogang University. He has Ph.D. in Statistics from Texas A&M University in 2005. He worked on time series model team in JP Morgan Chase Bank at Columbus, Ohio as an assistant vice president and joined Sogang University in 2006. He has published many papers in a short time periods. Since 2004, he has published 22 papers at high quality journals (14 papers at SCI level journals and 3 papers at Korean Journals).

Fred D. Davis is Distinguished Professor and David D. Glass Chair in Information Systems at the Sam M. Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas. After joining the Walton College as department chair in 1999, he led the Information Systems department to become one of the ten best worldwide for top journal publications. He earned his PhD from MIT and served on the faculty at University of Michigan, University of Minnesota, and University of Maryland. His major research areas include technology adoption and innovation, technology-assisted decision making, computer training and skill acquisition, and software development practices.

He introduced the "Technology Acceptance Model" (TAM), and his papers have been influential among scholars investigating information systems adoption, e-Business success, and Web technology adoption. His peer-reviewed journal publications have been cited more than 5,000 and 12,000 times according to Web of Science and Google Scholar, respectively. He has served on the editorial boards of top journals including MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and Management Science. More than 7 papers of his are recently published in top ranked journals.

Wynne W.Chin is the C. T. Bauer Professor of Decision and Information Sciences at the University of Houston. He introduced Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (a multi-block technique with similarities to Structural Equation Modeling) and developed PLS-Graph, the first graphical based software to perform partial least squares analysis dating back to 1990 to the field of MIS. He wrote several seminal papers and books regarding Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Squares method, which have been heavily cited by researchers across the world. Wynne is on the editorial board of Structural Equation Modeling journal, Journal of Information Technology, IEEE Transaction of Management, and previously co-editor of Data Base and on the boards of Journal of AIS, Information

Systems Research and MIS Quarterly. Wynne has received best paper awards from the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management in 2003, the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (IT division) in 1993 and 1998, a MIS Quarterly Reviewer of the Year in 1996, a Management Science Outstanding Reviewer award in 1996, and the First Biennial Award for Outstanding Ph.D. dissertation from the International Communication Association's Communications and Technology Division. He is frequent guest lecturer at doctoral consortiums and universities worldwide. Wynne's research focuses on structural equation models related to Information technology adoption, sales force automation and electronic meeting support systems where he has developed measures for group cohesion, satisfaction, and consensus - topic areas relevant to service systems engineering.

H. Raghav Rao is Professor at State University of New York at Buffalo. His research areas include IS outsourcing, Information security and assurance, decision support systems and knowledge management. In the past three years, he has published about 20 papers at various journals including top journals. He is also serving many journals as editor-in-chief and as associate editor. In 2005, he was ranked 30th worldwide among the most productive IS scholars. In 2006, he took 5th place in the list of the most productive scholars in IT outsourcing area. He received the SUNY Chancellors Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities in 2007 - 2008. His research has received funding from the National

Science Foundation, Department of Defense, Canadian Embassy and others. He was also a Fulbright scholar in 2004.

Anol Bhattacjerjee is a Full Professor and Citigroup/Hidden River Fellow at University of South Florida. His research interests include technology diffusion, healthcare informatics, knowledge management, and online social networks. In a research career spanning 13 years, he has published 44 papers in refereed journals, nine of which were published in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and Journal of MIS, the top three journals in information systems. His papers have been cited over 1200 times on Google Scholar. He served on the editorial board of MIS Quarterly for four years. In 2003, he received the University President Award for research excellence, and a 2009 study placed him among

the top 25 researchers in the world in information systems based on research productivity between 2003 and 2007.

Vijayan Sugumaranis Professor of MIS at Oakland University, Rochester, MI. His major research areas are semantic web, ontology, intelligent agent and multiagent systems, and service-oriented architecture. Recently, he has published about 20 papers. He was given the Best Paper Award in 2002, Dean's Distinguished Research Professor award in 2005-2008, and AIS World Net Challenge Award in 2007. He is the founding editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Intelligent Information Technologies. He is on the editorial board of 10 reputed journals. Dr. Sugumaran served as the program co-chair for the 13th International Conference on Applications of Natural Language to Information Systems

(NLDB 2008), London, UK, and chair of the Intelligent Agent and Multi-Agent Systems track for Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS 1999 - 2009),

Jaeki Song is an associate professor and the Jerry S. Rawls Professor of MIS at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. His primary area of research is the adoption of Web-based technologies. Specific research issues include technology continuance, trust, decision support systems, service management, and social aspects of adoption. He also conducts research on the business value of information technologies and on business intelligence. He is one of the best scholars among Korean Scholars in the U.S. His research findings have appeared in decent MIS journals including Management Science, Journal of Management Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Professional

Communication, Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, Communications of the AIS, International Journal of Information Management, and others.
