Meet SEA-PLM (Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics) — a regional initiative designed for Southeast Asian countries, by Southeast Asian countries.

SEA-PLM assesses Grade 5 students’ reading and mathematics, while also gathering rich contextual data on:

Household environment

School conditions

Community support systems

This holistic approach gives countries powerful insights into what learners know, why, and how education systems can become more relevant, equitable, and effective.
