How to be regular member to buy ticket

Hello everyone, i am just registated the member of  haein cafe. However, I seems  just a normal member but not a regular member. How can I upgrade be a regular member and buy  fans meeting ticket? Thank you.

You can buy tickets for the fan meeting at Melon Ticket. If you want to become a full member, you can apply for a registration.

You can visit on the official fan cafe bulletin board '등업신청'.
Just fill out the application form.

There are pre-bookings for regular members of the fan meeting and general bookings.
You can't pre-book because you're not a regular member.

At the end of the pre-sale period, through general booking
