다섯 가지입니다.

첫째 꼰대는 답을 줍니다. 어른은 질문을 합니다. 어떻게 생각해라는 한마디가 열 마디보다 강합니다.

둘째 곤대는 경험을 자랑합니다. 어른은 나뉩니다. 내가 했다와 내가 해 봐라의 차이입니다.

셋째 꼰대는 틀리면 지적합니다. 어른은 기다립니다. 스스로 깨닫게 두는 것이 가장 깊은 가르침입니다.

넷째 꼰대는 침묵이 불편합니다. 어른은 편합니다. 말이 없어도 편안한 관계가 진짜 가까운 관계입니다.

다섯째 꼰대는 마지막 말을 해야 합니다. 어르는 양보합니다. 그 여백이 상대를 존중하는 겁니다.
