[참여방법]

① IU HBD CAFE 운영 기간 내 한 곳을 방문합니다.

② 웨이팅 시스템을 확인하신 후, 사전 등록합니다.

③ 입장 순서 알림을 받으신 후, 10분 내로 입장합니다.

- 입장 순서 알림을 받으신 후, 10분 내로 도착하셔야 하며, 미방문 시 자동으로 대기가 취소됩니다. 

④ Berriz 앱 내 <유애나> 8기 인증하고 <유애나> 8기 디지털 멤버십 카드를 보여주신 후, 음료 및 특전을 수령합니다.

[유의사항]

- 음료 및 특전은 Berriz 앱 내 <유애나> 8기 인증 완료 후, <유애나> 8기 디지털 멤버십 카드를 보여주시는 분에 한하여 증정됩니다.

- 아이유 공식 팬클럽 <유애나> 8기에 가입하지 않았더라도 ‘Berriz 아이유 커뮤니티’ 가입 인증 시 입장이 가능합니다. 단, 음료 및 특전 수령은 어려운 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

- 이벤트 기간 내 해당 카페에서는 당사 제공 음료 및 특전 외 별도 구매는 불가합니다.

- <유애나> 8기 디지털 멤버십 카드는 앱 실행 후, 캡처본이 아닌 앱 내 디지털 멤버십 카드 화면을 보여주셔야 합니다. 

- 사전 웨이팅 등록 시 모든 진행 매장을 포함하여 1인당 하루에 1개의 휴대폰 번호로 등록하실 수 있으며, 1개의 휴대폰 번호로 여러 명의 웨이팅을 등록하거나 한 명이 여러 개의 휴대폰 번호로 웨이팅을 등록하는 것은 불가합니다. 단, 웨이팅 취소된 경우에는 동일한 번호로 재등록이 가능합니다.

- 사전 웨이팅 등록은 각 카페 오픈 1시간 30분 전부터 가능합니다. 사전 웨이팅 등록 이전에 임의로 형성된 대기줄은 웨이팅으로 인정되지 않으며, 이로 인한 문제 발생 시 주최/주관 측은 책임지지 않습니다.

- 음료와 특전은 일별 한정 수량으로 조기 마감될 수 있습니다. 음료와 특전의 수량은 상이하여, 음료가 소진되더라도 특전을 수령하실 수도 있습니다. (조기 소진 현황 관련 공지는 다음 공식 팬카페와 Berriz 아이유 커뮤니티 내 공지사항을 참고 부탁드립니다.)

- 특전의 누락 및 불량 여부는 수령 즉시 현장에서 확인해 주시기 바라며, 수령 이후에는 특전 물품이 누락 혹은 불량이더라도 재배부가 불가합니다.

- 본 이벤트 특전은 비매품으로, 개인 거래 등 판매 목적의 수령은 삼가주시기 바라며, 문제 발생 시 주최/주관 측은 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.

- 여러 팬분들이 방문하여 카페를 즐기실 수 있도록, 장시간의 매장 이용은 자제 부탁드립니다. 또한, 카페의 공간이 협소하여 착석 가능 여부를 안내드릴 수 없는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

- 생일 카페 현장에서 편지, 선물 등의 전달이 어려우며, 전달을 원하시는 경우 팬레터 전달 및 서포트 신청 방법 안내 공지를 참고 부탁드립니다.

2025. 05. 15 (Thu) ~ 2025. 05. 18 (Sun) 11:00 AM ~ 7:00 PM (KST) (Every venue will operate on the same schedule)

[Event venue]

1. WE STAN COFFEE Yeonnam (https://place.map.kakao.com/1778008844)

- Address : 18, Yeonhui-ro 1-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul

- Details : 400 drinks(1 cup per 1 person) and 600 special gifts(1 set per 1 person) will be available for free daily in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Available drinks : Americano(HOT/ICE), Peach iced tea(ICE), Chamomile tea(HOT/ICE)
- (5/18 2:51PM) All beverages at WE STAN COFFEE Yeonnam have been fully distributed for today.

2. Hello, SYDNEY PAVLOVA (https://place.map.kakao.com/1596485566)

- Address : 23, Hangang-daero 38-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul

- Details : 500 drinks(1 cup per 1 person) and 700 special gifts(1 set per 1 person)  will be available for free daily in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Available drinks : Americano(HOT/ICE), Orange juice(ICE)

3. 517Lab (https://place.map.kakao.com/1870785770)

- Address : 31-1, Yeonmujang-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul

- Details : 300 drinks(1 cup per 1 person) and 500 special gifts(1 set per 1 person)  will be available for free daily in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Available drinks : Americano(HOT/ICE), Iced tea(ICE)

[Participation guideline]

① Visit one of the IU HBD CAFE during the event period.

② Check the waiting system and pre-register.

③ Enter within 10 minutes after you receive the entry notification.

-       You must arrive within 10 minutes after you receive the entry notification. Your waiting will be automatically canceled if you fail to arrive.

④ Verify your <UAENA> 8th membership in the Berriz application, present your <UAENA> 8th digital membership card and receive your drink and special gift.

[Caution]

- Drinks and special gifts will be given to those who have completed <UAENA> 8th verification in the Berriz application and presented their UAENA 8th digital membership card only.

- Even if you haven’t registered for IU’s official fanclub <UAENA> 8th, you can enter the venue if you verify your membership in the ‘Berriz IU community’. However, please note that you will not be eligible to receive drinks and special gifts.

- Additional purchases other than the drinks and the special gifts provided by the agency cannot be made at the listed cafes during the event period.

- As for the <UAENA> 8th digital membership card, you must open the application and present your digital membership card within it since screenshots will not be accepted.

- For pre-waiting registration, you can only use 1 phone number per 1 person per 1 day in all participating venues. Multiple registrations with 1 phone number or using multiple phone numbers for one person will not be allowed. However, if your waiting has been canceled, you can re-register using the same phone number.

- Pre-waiting registration will start 1 hour and 30 minutes before each cafe’s opening time. Any voluntary queues formed before the pre-registration will not be recognized as waiting, and the host/organizers will not hold responsibility for any issue that may occur from it.

- Drinks and special gifts may run out early since there are limited daily quantities. The numbers of available drinks and special gifts aren’t equal and you can still receive the special gift even if the drinks are sold out. (Please refer to the announcement in the Daum fan cafe and Berriz IU community for updates on early sold-out status.)

- Please check the special gift immediately after you receive it on site for any missing or damaged items, and note that we cannot reissue the missing or damaged special gifts once you receive them.

- The special gifts for this event are not for sale, so please do not receive them for resale purposes such as personal transactions. The host/organizers will not hold legal responsibility for any issue occurring from it.

- Please refrain from staying for a long time so many fans can visit and enjoy the cafe. Also, please note that we cannot guide you on the seating availability due to limited space in the venue.

- Letters, gifts etc. cannot be accepted at the birthday cafe, so please refer to the fan letter and support registration announcement if you wish to send any.

※ There may be changes in the caution and participation guidelines depending on on-site circumstances.

※ All participating UAENA members are required to read and follow the announcement details.

※ Please understand that we cannot help you with any disadvantages that may occur because you haven’t read the announcement.

【参与方式】

① 活动期间，前往任一IU HBD CAFE门店

② 根据各门店的等待系统进行预约登记

③ 收到入场通知后，请务必在10分钟内到达现场

 - 未在规定时间内到场者，入场资格将被自动取消

④ 在Berriz APP完成<UAENA>8期认证并出示电子会员卡，即可领取饮品及特典

【注意事项】

- 饮品与特典仅限在Berriz APP完成<UAENA>8期认证并在出示电子会员卡者领取。

- 即使未加入官方粉丝俱乐部<UAENA>8期的，只要完成“Berriz IU 社区”注册认证亦可入场，但无法领取饮品与特典，敬请谅解。

- 活动期间，咖啡厅仅提供主办方准备的饮品与特典，不提供别的商品。

- 请务必在打开APP之后出示<UAENA>8期电子会员卡页面，禁止使用截图进行认证。

- 每位参与者每日仅限使用1个手机号码进行预约登记，不可使用1个手机号码代替他人进行多个预约登记，一位参与者亦不可使用多个手机号码进行预约登记，但是，预约被取消后可重新登记。

- 各咖啡厅将在开始营业1小时30分前开始受理预约登记，在此之前排的队均属无效，由此产生的问题主办方概不负责。

- 饮品与特典数量每日有限，可能会供不应求。但是，饮品与特典数量不同，即使饮品没了，特典也有可能还可领取。（关于饮品与特典数量不够的问题，请关注官咖与Berriz IU社区公告）

- 请在现场确认特典是否完整，若有缺失或瑕疵应在当场提出，离开现场后，我方不会予以补发。

- 该活动特典为非卖品，请勿将其用于转售或其他交易行为，尤其产生的问题，主办方概不负责。
