Reception Exit Point - Animals / Butterflies

Two weeks ago, all the Reception children and teachers gathered at the amphitheatre for a magical storytelling experience. The teachers brought The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle to life with a vibrant reenactment, featuring eager helpers from all the Reception classes holding the story cards. The children were fully captivated by the performance, laughing and cheering as the caterpillar munched its way through the story. Everyone then enjoyed a picnic and munched on their snacks, just like the little caterpillar in the story! It was a wonderful way to celebrate the Exit Point and mark the conclusion of our Animal topic.
