I'm going to graduate school in Chicago downtown and living in the Presidential Towers. 

I have a convertible that I can share with another person. 
I'm looking for a non-smoking female 
roommate who is open-minded, neat and responsible. 
The place is available from July 1st, 2011 
and it will be ideal if someone can sign 
a contract as my roommate from September 1st to 
August 30th, 2012. 

The rent is $1019/month and we will share the rent and the utilities.
