Congratulations to Kohei Kawada of Year 10S for securing 2nd place in the Monash University Australia 3-minute Science Competition. He was awarded a certificate of achievement and RM 500.00 cash for his outstanding presentation on "The problem of overpopulation causing poor waste (sewage) management and less energy and how human faeces can be turned into energy"

Fifteen (15) students from Year 10 and Year 11 took part in the competition last week and did a wonderful job of presenting their selected topics. The competition was organised by Monash University Australia, represented by Dr.Guil Leguizamon and Ms. Anandhi Anandan and Ed Network by its Director, Ms. Serene Ding, respectively.

Kohei Kawada and Jesslyn Chuah Yu Ling (Year 10) were shortlisted for the finals and Kohei was eventually declared the second-prize winner among 60 students from four international schools in Johor Bahru.
