<P>물론, 피로해석을 위해 SN커브를 부여하는 방법도 알고 있습니다. </P>
<P>문제는 HERTZIAN CONTACT 부여방법을 모르겠다는 것과, 기차바퀴를 수천만번 이동한후의 잔류응력을 확인하고 싶은데요. 방법을 모르겠습니다.</P>
<P>나름 생각한게, 변위하중을 줘서 기차가 이동하게끔 해봤는데, 이 방법은 회전이 아닌 TRANSLATE가 되겠죠. 이 역시 문제입니다.</P>
<P>일단 개략적으로나마 알게된 것이,</P>
<P>기차바퀴가 레일 위를 한번 이동한것에 로드스텝 1, 다음은 로드스텝2....</P>
<P>이런 식으로 몇천만번 만드는 것이 힘드니까, DO명령어 같은것을 쓰는 것 같은데요..</P>

첫댓글You may get the same stress value even though you repeat thousands of loading steps (unless you account for damage accumulation). Fatigue prediction is basically empirical which means that the approach is very different from conventional mechanics approaches. You may want to review some fatigue texts prior to solving the rail problem. I also have some concerns about the contact properties. Hope this would help.
