<p>The government plan to save spotted owls by killing <s>up</s> <span style="color: #ee2323;">off </span>other owl species.</p><p>Documents obtained  by <span style="color: #ee2323;">the </span> AP showed the strategy by <span style="color: #ee2323;">the </span> fish<s>ing</s> <span style="color: #ee2323;">and </span>wild<span style="color: #ee2323;">life </span><s> by</s> service    is to deploy  trained shooters into dense forest along the west coast with the  goal of killing almost half million bar<s>t</s><span style="color: #ee2323;" data-ke-size="size16">red</span>  owls. they are crowding <span style="color: #ee2323;">a </span>declining spotted owl population .
