Reminder to AHIS community from the school's Eco-Club !
Tonight is Earth Hour, a global event aimed at raising awareness about climate change and promoting sustainable action. This event is held annually on the last Saturday of March from 8:30-9:30 PM local time, and we encourage all students to observe this important event.
During Earth Hour, individuals, businesses, and communities around the world turn off their non-essential lights and electronics for one hour. By doing so, we can reduce our carbon footprint and demonstrate our commitment to protecting the planet.
As a school community, we can make a significant impact by participating in Earth Hour tonight. Not only will we reduce our energy consumption, but we will also show our solidarity with millions of people around the world who are working towards a more sustainable future.
We encourage you to spread the word and encourage your family and friends to participate in Earth Hour as well. Together, we can make a difference and protect our planet for generations to come.
Thank you for your participation and commitment to sustainability!
