Bible Reading - Acts 11:1~10

11:1 The apostles and the brothers throughout(~내내, 도처에) Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God.

사도들과 유대 전역의 형제들은 이방인들도 하나님의 말씀을 받아들였다는 소식을 들었다.

11:2 So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, 그래서 베드로가 예루살렘으로 올라갔을 때에 

the circumcised believers criticized him 할례받은 신자들이 그를 비판하며

11:3 and said, "You went into the house of uncircumcised men and ate with them."

"너는 할례 받지 않은 사람들 집 안으로 들어가서 그들과 함께 먹었다."라고 말했다.

11:4 Peter began and explained everything to them precisely as it had happened:

베드로는 실제로 일어났던 모든 것을 그들에게 정확하게 설명하기 시작했다.

11:5 "I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in a trance(황홀경에 빠져) I saw a vision.

나는 욥바 시에서 기도하던 중 황홀경에 빠져 환상을 보았습니다.

I saw something like a large sheet being let down from heaven by its four corners, and it came down to where I was.

나는 네 귀퉁이를 가진 하늘로부터 내려오는 큰 보자기 같은 어떤 것이 내가 있었던 곳으로 내려오는 것을 보았습니다.

11:6 I looked into it and saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, reptiles, and birds of the air.

자세히 살펴보니 나는 땅에 네 발 달린 동물들, 야생 짐승들, 파충류들, 그리고 하늘을 나는 새들을 보았습니다.

11:7 Then I heard a voice telling me, 'Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.'

그때 "일어나라, 베드로야, 잡아 먹으라."고 내게 말하는 한 음성을 들었습니다.

11:8 "I replied, 'Surely not, Lord! Nothing impure or unclean has ever entered my mouth.'

나는 “주님, 결코 그렇지 않습니다! 부정한 것이나 더러운 것이 제 입에 들어간 적이 없습니다.”라고 대답했습니다.

11:9 "The voice spoke from heaven a second time, 'Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.'

그 음성은 하늘로부터 두번 " 하나님께서 깨끗하게 만드신 어떤 것도 부정하다고 부르지 말라."고 말했습니다.

11:10 This happened three times, and then it was all pulled up(끌어 올려졌다) to heaven again.

이런 일이 세 번 반복된 후, 모든 것이 다시 하늘로 끌어올려졌습니다.
