how to make phrasal verbs(CR)

I have been studying about prepositon

each preposition has a meaning

for example, 'away' has to delete, or move, save, leave and so on

I read this from the book on making phrasal verb,

there are many phrasal verbs, explaning the meaning of each prepositon

but there are only several verbs to be often used, take, get, come, break...etc

so I think, can i make phrasal verbs freely by the meaning of prepositon

although the verb I made is not in a dictionary, the native or people can get my intension?

I am wondering..

(ex- fight away not defined in a dictionary, I mean that it is killed by fighting )

the white-team is fought away and then lost their castle)

is it possible?

at the first, I studied to know which preposition is choosen when I wrote

and then I got that preposition relates with verb deeply, so I wrote all the prepositionswith verbs down to take them in mind,

, then now I study phrasal verbs

prepostion is too difficult for me..when I can take this in my hand?

please give me advices...

I know only so many writings and readings are a must

but I can't see the last..

already..it's been about 16months..but....i don't still know well

Hi, paparo09. Prepositions certainly contribute to the meaning of the phrasal verb, but you cannot use prepositions just based on their meanings and create your own phrasal verbs, because the linguistic convention also plays a great role in making phrasal verbs. So you will just have to learn these verbs one by one and become familiar with the convention of English.

i appreciate your reply...as expected...to be familliar with prepositions...just to read lots of books..and then to follow the convertion of English..
