준법감시팀에서 대졸 신입사원을 채용합니다.
주요 업무는 아래 내용을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Job Purpose:
To support the Compliance officer to comply with all applicable rules and legal requirements
To ensure an effective compliance culture thrives and operates at all levels
To safeguard the company from any regulatory and reputation risks


1. Support the Compliance Officer to strengthen internal control
• Design and recommend methodology to monitor daily business activities of each department
• Develop control procedures to detect and prevent any compliance/AML risk.
• Establish and update compliance/AML guidelines required by local authorities/PCA
• Review monthly/half-yearly self check reports and report critical issues to compliance officer.
• Review sales materials /department guideline/ public announcement related to business and operations.
• Update monthly self checklist to meet the change of organization and business environments.
• Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports to management / Regional compliance
• Prepare compliance materials for Audit committee / Risk management committee / Board of Director

2. Review & Monitoring on the Internal Control
• Conduct compliance review & monitoring in accordance with compliance review & monitoring plan.
• Monitor business / operation procedures are complied with local regulation /PCA guideline.
• Monitor anti-money laundering procedure according to AML plan.

3. Compliance and regulatory advice
• Provide advice and guidance on compliance/AML matters within related law/regulations/PCA guidelines.
• Raise potential existing compliance/AML issues to management in a timely and accurate manner

4. Compliance training
• Support Compliance training for all staff.

> 응시자격

- 대졸 신입 / 법학 전공자 필수
- 영어능통자 우대
- 원활한 대인 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자 : 프리젠테이션, 메뉴얼 작업 등
- OA Skill 우수자
