13:32 "We tell you the good news: 우리는 좋은 소식을 너에게 말한다.

What God promised our fathers
13:33 he has fulfilled for us, their children, by raising up Jesus.

하나님께서 우리 조상들에게 약속하신 것을, 그분은 예수님을 일으키심으로써 우리 자손들을 위해 성취하셨다.

As it is written in the second Psalm: 두번째 시편에서 기록되어진 것처럼

"'You are my Son; today I have become your Father.' "

너는 나의 아들이다. 오늘 내가 너의 아버지가 되었다.

13:34 The fact that God raised him from the dead, never to decay, is stated in these words:

하나님께서 그를 죽음에서 부활시키셔서 영원히 썩지 않게 하셨다는 사실은 다음 말씀에 나타나 있다.

 "'I will give you the holy and sure blessings promised to David.'

나는 다윗에게 약속되었던 거룩하고 확실한 복을 너희에게 줄 것이다. 

13:35 So it is stated elsewhere: "'You will not let your Holy One see decay.'

다른 곳에도 이렇게 쓰여 있다. "'너희는 너희의 거룩하신 분이 썩음을 당하는 것을 보지 않게 하실 것이다.'"

13:36 "For when David had served God's purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep; 

다윗은 자기 시대에 하나님의 뜻을 다 이루고 잠들었기 때문이다.

he was buried with his fathers and his body decayed.

그는 그의 선조들과 함께 묻혔으며 그의 몸은 썩었다.

13:37 But the one whom God raised from the dead did not see decay.

그러나 하나님께서 죽은 자들로부터 살아나신 분이 썩음을 보지 않으셨다.

13:38 "Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.

그러므로, 내 형제들아, 나는 예수를 통하여 죄사함이 너희에게 선포되어진 것을 너희가 알기를 원한다.

13:39 Through him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses.

그를 통해 믿는 모든 사람은 모세의 율법으로는 의롭다 함을 받을 수 없었던 모든 죄에서 의롭다 함을 받는다.

13:40 Take care that what the prophets have said does not happen to you:

선지자들이 말한 일이 너희에게 일어나지 않도록 조심하라.

13:41 "'Look, you scoffers, wonder and perish, 보라, 조롱하는 자들아, 놀라고 망하라.

for I am going to do something in your days that you would never believe, 

내가 너희의 날들 동안 너희가 결코 믿지 못할 일을 행할 것이기 때문이다.

even if someone told you.'"심지어 누군가 너희에게 말해줬을지라도.
