Year 2 Residential - Sleepover

What an amazing time Year 2 had recently during their much-anticipated residential sleepover! The excitement was palpable at 4pm when school and ASAs finished for the week, leaving just Year 2 ready to make some amazing memories!

It all started with some fun rotation activities; designing their own residential t-shirts, creating dream catchers to hang up before bedtime, and some fun outdoor games to develop teamwork and run off some steam!

After a yummy dinner, it was time for the Year 2 talent show and what a range of talent we saw! The children were then very excited to open the doors and see the darkness outside. With head torches on it was time for a scavenger hunt, with house points for teams who found all the clues! To finish the night in true camping style, students gathered round a real campfire where they shared toasted marshmallows and listened to Mr Justin's very funny bedtime story.

When bedtime finally rolled around, everyone was exhausted and quickly settled into their sleeping bags ready for a good night's sleep. Throughout the evening, it was wonderful to see how independent everyone was. The children behaved impeccably and demonstrated just how adaptable they are.

이 모든 것은 자신만의 주거용 티셔츠 디자인, 잠자리에 들기 전에 끊을 드림캐쳐 만들기, 팀워크를 키우고 활력을 불어넣을 수 있는 재미있는 야외 게임 등 재미있는 로테이션 활동으로 시작되었습니다!
맛있는 저녁 식사를 마친 후, 2학년 장기자랑 시간이 되었고 다양한 재능을 볼 수 있었습니다! 그러자 아이들은 문을 열고 밖의 어둠을 보는 것에 매우 흥분했습니다. 머리 횃불을 들고 청소부 사냥을 할 시간이었고, 모든 단서를 찾은 팀들을 위한 하우스 포인트가 있었습니다! 진정한 캠핑 스타일로 밤을 마무리하기 위해 학생들은 실제 캠프파이어 주변에 모여 구운 마시멜로를 나누고 저스틴 씨의 아주 재미있는 잠자리 이야기를 들었습니다.
마침내 잠자리에 들었을 때 모두가 지쳐 잠자리에 들 준비가 된 침낭에 재빨리 자리를 잡았습니다. 저녁 내내 모두가 얼마나 독립적인지 보는 것은 멋진 일이었습니다. 아이들은 흠잡을 데 없이 행동하며 자신이 얼마나 적응력이 있는지 보여주었습니다.
