4. 잼잼산악회와 민주기자단의 TF단장(대외협력위원장 겸직)을 맡고있는 조성환 의원(경기도의회 기획재정위원장)이 추미애 경기도지사가 만든 '재정혁신TF(태스크포스)'에서 총괄간사로 맹활약하고 있다. 수일전 파주시 인수위원장 임무를 성공적으로 마친 조성환 단장의 역할이, 경기도 예산의 구조개혁 임무로까지 확대되어 휴식도 없이 투입되었다. 잼산에서 추천한 이일찬 동지도 재정혁신TF에 합류해 실무행정을 돕고있다. 성공적인 경기도 예산 구조개혁 임무를 잘 완수하기를 회원 일동이 응원한다.
