21. For the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on every Sabbath.”
모세의 율법이 아주 이른 시기부터 설교되었고 매주 안식일에 회당에서 읽혀진다.

22. Then the apostles and elders, with the whole church, decided to choose some of their own men and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. 그때 전 교회와 함께 사도들과 장로들은 그들 자신의 사람들 중에 몇 사람을 선택하여 그들을 바울과 바나바와 함께 안디옥에 보내기로 결정했다.
They chose Judas (called Barsabbas) and Silas, men who were leaders among the believers.
그들은 신자들 중에 지도자였던 바사바라고 하는 유다와 실라를 선택했다.

23. With them they sent the following letter: 그들과 함께 그들은 다음 서신을 보냈다.

The apostles and elders, your brothers,당신들의 형제들인 사도들과 장로들은

To the Gentile believers in Antioch, Syria and Cilicia: Greetings.

안디옥, 시리아, 길리기아에 있는 이방인 신자들에게, 문안합니다.

24 We have heard that some went out from us without our authorization and disturbed you, troubling your minds by what they said.

우리는 몇몇 사람들이 우리의 허락 없이 나가서 당신들을 괴롭히고, 그들의 말로 당신들의 마음을 불안하게 했다는 소식을 들었습니다.

25 So we all agreed to choose some men and send them to you with our dear friends Barnabas and Paul--

그래서 우리는 모두 동의하여 몇 사람을 뽑아 우리의 사랑하는 친구인 바나바와 바울과 함께 당신에게 보내기로 했습니다.

26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

 그들은 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 이름을 위해 목숨을 걸었던 사람들입니다.

27 Therefore we are sending Judas and Silas to confirm‎ by word of mouth what we are writing.

그러므로 우리는 유다와 실라를 보내어 우리가 기록한 내용을 구두로 확증하게 하려 합니다.

28 It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements:

성령님과 저희는 다음과 같은 요구 사항 외에는 여러분에게 어떤 부담도 지우지 않는 것이 좋다고 생각했습니다.

29 You are to abstain(삼가하다. 피하다) from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality.

당신들은 우상에게 바친 음식, 피, 목 졸라 죽인 동물의 고기, 그리고 음행을 삼가해야 합니다.

You will do well to avoid these things. Farewell.

당시들이 이러한 것들을 피하시면 잘하시는 것일겁니다. 안녕히 계십시오.

30 The men were sent off and went down to Antioch, where they gathered the church together and delivered the letter.

그 사람들이 파견되어 안디옥으로 내려가서 교회를 모으고 편지를 전달했습니다.
