ordin[a]ry - [a] sound in the word is more close to [ㅔ] sound than [ㅓ]. [sin]cerely - [sin] sound in the word is more close to [씬] sound than [신] sound. [R] sound - entire [r] sound was a little weak. Try to make the shape of your tongue rounder than now.
