<P>Summary: A local court has orders one plastic surgeon to recompense his patient for posting her before-and-after photos on his clinic website without her consent. The court ruled that the surgeon should pay 30 million won to the patient who suffered mentally from the circulation of her image which was used on other internet sites after she had surgery on her nose at the clinic in 2009. The patient is a college student who plans to be an actress and she didn't agree to the distribution of her images but then the doctor violated her portrait rights and so she sued the doctor.</P>

<P>Opinion: In Korea, a plastic surgery is getting general among young and old people. Most patients for the plastic surgery have nose, jar, or eyelids operation. They told in one correspondence that a plastic surgery helps them be pretty and more attractive. I wonder why they are not proud of themselves with how they look like just right now. Most men don't like their girlfriends or wives to have a plastic sugery. Therefore, it's a paradox. Many women have a plastic surgery to be attractive but men don't want a woman who has a plastic surgery. </P>
<P>Anyway, going back to the main topic, I think the doctor should be punished in jail for at least a year because he deceived his patient. Actually, the patient plans to be an actress but then her privacy has been revealed to the public because of him. He didn't even get the permission from her. Therefore, it's accusation of fraud. I think there are a lot of cases like this because humans do everything to be successful. As I heard the sermon yesterday, wrong success has an abuse. The doctor mentally abused the patient to make his hospital famous and known to many people. </P>
<P>I think I need to throw away my greedness for the wrong success and try to be honest and sincere in behaving and achieving my dream which is centered on God. </P>
