우크라이나 남부 자포리지아주에서는 러시아의 지속적인 침공의 최전선에서 약 25km 떨어진 키이우에서 온 우크라이나 자원봉사 수의사 단체가 최근 타브리스케 마을로 가서 검진을 하고 다치거나 아픈 동물을 치료했다. 지속적인 폭격의 위험에도 불구하고 이 지역에 남아있는 주민들은 자신의 애완동물을 임시 진료소로 데려왔고, 일부 떠돌이 동물도 검사, 치료, 중성화 수술, 예방접종을 받았다.

In Ukraine’s southern Zaporizhzhia region, about 25 kilometers from front-line battles in Russia’s ongoing invasion of the country, a group of Ukrainian volunteer veterinarians from Kyiv recently traveled to the village of Tavriyske to do checkups and treat injured or sick animals. Residents who remain in the region despite the dangers of near-constant bombardment brought their own pets to the temporary clinic, as well as some of many stray animals, to be examined, treated, spayed or neutered, and vaccinated.
