A writer, a leader, a global citizen, Thomas Lee (Year 13) is all that and more!

We are proud to share that Thomas won First Prize in the University of East Anglia’s South East Asian Writing Competition!

The UEA committee and their regional representative visited Garden International School Malaysia to present the award in person.

And that’s not all, Thomas was also recognised with the EARCOS Global Citizenship Award 2025!

From directing the Action Strand and leading community events like Festive Fiesta, to launching Project Arts 360, which raised over RM43,000 for young artists with disabilities, he truly embodied the values of compassion, inclusion, and positive change.
