결론은 Required by를 보면 org.asciidoctor.convert:org.asciidoctor.convert.gradle.plugin:1.5.9.2 관련하여 문제가 발생했다.

그래서 build.gradle에서 asciidoctor와 관련된 부분을 제거하여 해결하였다.

에러메시지:
