Hell-like Pain on Labia Minora and Clitoris - Paget's Disease?

It is not easy to understand how the pain would be severe due to
skin troubles. However those who have ever experienced the
hell-like pain with groin eczema - It looks simple - will do it.

A woman in fifities has had pain with blisters on labia minora and
clitoris. She got the treatments of obstetricians and dermatologists
but no a bit of results. She didn't even hear the name of disease
from them because of symptom not because of their ignorance.

     The inside of babia minora and clitoris have lots of erythma  
     and blisters which are itcing and sever painful. The pain lasts
     all day long without intervals. She cannot do anything but
     applies steroids to vulvar.
     Naturally she has stopped sexual intercourse with his husband
     since one years ago. She can't make her home sweet but cold
     and wretched.
     She noticed her sysmtom one and half years ago.
     None of dermatologists and of obtetricians kown about her
     symptom. They have given her only stroids which are believed
     as one fits to all skin diseases.

    She got her both thyroids removed 20 years ago and has been
    taking hormon.
    She got her uterus removed 5 years ago for cyst.
    She usually get vaginal mucosa demolished with inflammation.
    Bad digestion
    She shivers in the moring when she feels tired of.
    The scars will not be healed.
    Troubles in sleeping.
    Itching sometimes on palms without any reasons.
      
    Pulse : A little float, a little big, strong and a little dull.
    Tongue :  Lots of toothmarks, yellowish coated, light pinky color

     Liver weak -> Autoimmunity

     taking have made her liver more weaked to vulvar trouble. The
     genital organs are belong to liver meridian.

    But she told that the pain was still severe to apply steroids
    though sometimes not usual. Once again I ordered her not to
    apply the  steroids further more and gave a berbal powder in
    palce of it.

   suspected the symptom might develope to paget's disease
   but she refused. She told me that she got enough medical
