be saved and blessed by Abraham's faith. <Summary>
<classical 15:1-5>.2026.4.26.<week> Rev. Kim Ho-il of Osaka's beloved church.
In Genesis chapter 12, God called Abraham. Then he showed up to Abraham and promised to bless him by leaving his hometown and going to the land I commanded. Then Abraham immediately left his hometown with his nephew Lot and arrived in Canaan. But the second time God appeared, he promised that I would give this land to you and your descendants. Then he built a platform and worshiped God there. And in Chapter 15, God made a covenant with Abraham. Showing the stars in the sky to Abraham, who is unable to heal his children, he promised that there would be so many of your descendants. When Abraham believed in it, he regarded Abraham as righteous.
And in chapter 17, Abraham promised that God would appear when he was 99 years old and gave birth to a son next year and ordered him to circumcise. And in chapter 21, Isaac, the promised child, was born. And in chapter 22, he received God's blessing as a result of obeying the command to dedicate the 17-year-old Isaac to God. This is Abraham's faith. Abraham calls him the ancestor of faith. Abraham was not just saved by believing with his heart and admitting with his mouth. Abraham's faith believed in God's ability to save the dead and was a belief in obeying God's words. Therefore, if you only trust Jesus, you don't go to heaven unconditionally. Believers must obey God's words and worship. There are three kinds of resurrection beliefs.
1>There is a past resurrection, which is to believe that Jesus resurrected from the dead. To believe in God, who saved Jesus again, is to believe in the historical fact that Jesus was resurrected.
<classical 15:1-5>This word emphasized that Apostle Paul would keep the gospel he preached and save if he did not believe in vain. It means the death and resurrection of the cross of Jesus. Apostle Paul emphasized that the death and resurrection of Jesus' cross were done according to the Bible. <Rom 4:18-25>This word was said that God righteous Abraham because he hoped and believed that Abraham could not. He believed that his body would be dead and his wife Sarah's body would be dead. In addition, the faith was weakened, and without doubt, he gave glory to God and was confident that what God promised would be achieved. That's why God regarded Abraham's faith as righteousness. This is the faith of resurrection. However, he wrote that it is not just for Abraham, but for us. It means that we are also justified if we believe in God who saved Jesus from the dead.
Therefore, in order to obtain righteousness, you must be those who believe in God who saved the dead and believe that Jesus has been resurrected.
2>There is a future resurrection. We believe that when Jesus comes, we are also resurrected. The faith of resurrection, which is necessary to receive salvation, or righteousness, requires a belief that our bodies will also be resurrected in the future.
<classical 15:20-23> This means that the resurrection of Jesus by the Apostle Paul became the first fruit among the dead. In other words, it became the first fruit of the sleeper. It means that those who believed and obeyed Jesus as the king as the savior are resurrected. Therefore, you must hope that you will be resurrected and live a life of faith.
3>There is a present revival. Don't be content to believe in Jesus' resurrection, but believe in your own spirit. It is said that this is the present resurrection.
