Some words were unclear.
retiremen[t] - [t] sound was unclear. When you pronounce ending [t] sound, try to pronounce [트] not [츠]. be[ca]use - [ca] sound in the word is more close to [커] sound than [코]. retir[ed] - When you make ending [ed] sound, try to make a sound [드] than [츠].
