Gramophone Award

1977년 부터 클래식 음반산업의 발전을 위해 시작된 그라모폰 어월드가 2016년 수상자를 발표했습니다.  

영국적 시각에서 클래식 음악계를 조명하는 그라모폰 어월드는 객관적인 시각에서 부족함을 보이고 있으나 

전반적인 세계 음악계의 흐름을 드려다 볼 수 있는 모습에 참고 할 가치는 있어 보입니다.

8월 22일 발표는 12 catagories 였고 나머지 5 catagories는 9월 15일 시상식에서 발표합니다.

올해의 특징적인 면은 콘첼토 부문에서 노르웨이 출신 여류 바이올리니스트 빌데 프랑이 러시아의 거함 

다닐 트리포노프와 경쟁에서 선택되어 수상 한 것과 차세대 지휘자로 인정받고 있는 라트비아 출신이며 

마리스 얀손스 제자 안드리스 넬손스가 컨템퍼러리 부문과 오케스트라 부문 2개의 부문에서 수상하여 지속적인 

노력과 연구를 인정받은 점입니다.

필자가 생각하기에 2015/16년 섬세함과 밀도있는 연주로 세계를 무대삼아 광폭의  연주활동을 한 

다닐 트리포노프는 아마도 올해의 음악인 상이나 젊은 연주인 상을 받지 않을까 조심스럽게 지켜보고 있습니다.

pure님도 빌데 프랑을 좋아 하시는군요. 저도 이번 투표에 참여를 했는대 콘첼토 부문에서
트리포노프와 프랑 사이에서 고민을 했습니다. 빌데 프랑의 연주는 좋았지만 가피건이
워낙 받쳐주지 못해 아쉬움이 있었고 트리포노프와 세강의 젊음에서 뿜어내는 라프마니노프가
워낙 좋아서 이쪽에 표를 주었는대 결과는 프랑이 선택을 받았습니다. 2015/16 시즌에 둘다
열심한 한해를 보내 무한한 신뢰를 하고 있습니다.

저도 타고난 실력을 믿고 노력하지않는 음악인을 가장 싫어 합니다. 항상 꾸준한 노력으로
연주회에서 최선을 다하는 트리포노프에게 무한한 신뢰를 가지고 응원하고 있습니다.
넬손스가 베를린 필을 맡을줄 알았는대 뜻밖에 키릴 페트렌코를 베를린 필 단원들이
지명하여 의아하게 생각했습니다. 다행히 2018년부터 게반트하우스 오케스트라를
맡을 예정으로 많은 기대를 하고 있습니다. 보스톤 심포니와 게반트하우스의 살인적인 공연일정을
어떻게 감당 할지 걱정이 됩니다.
