22:11 My companions led me by the hand into Damascus, because the brilliance of the light had blinded me.

그 빛의 찬란함이 나의 눈을 멀게 했기 때문에, 동행하던 이들이 내 손을 잡고 다마스쿠스로 이끌었습니다.

22:12 "A man named Ananias came to see me. 아나니아라는 한 사람이 나를 만나러 왔습니다.

He was a devout observer of the law and highly respected by all the Jews living there.

그는 율법을 독실하게 지키는 사람이었으며, 그곳에 사는 모든 유대인에게서 깊은 존경을 받았습니다.

22:13 He stood beside me and said, 그는 내 곁에서 서서 말했습니다.

'Brother Saul, receive your sight!' '형제 사울이여, 너의 시력을 회복하라.'

And at that very moment I was able to see him. 그리고 바로 그 순간 나는 그를 볼 수 있었습니다. 

22:14 "Then he said: 그때 그가 말했습니다. 

'The God of our fathers has chosen you to know his will and to see the Righteous One and to hear words from his mouth.

우리 조상들의 하나님께서 당신을 택하셔서 그분의 뜻을 알게 하시고, 그 의로우신 분을 보게 하시며, 그분의 입에서 나오는 말씀을 듣게 하셨습니다.

22:15 You will be his witness to all men of what you have seen and heard.

당신은 보고 들은 것에 대해 모든 사람에게 그의 증인이 될 것입니다. 

22:16 And now what are you waiting for? 그리고 이제 당신은 무엇을 기다리고 있습니까?

Get up, be baptized and wash your sins away, calling on his name.'

일어나 세례를 받고 그의 이름을 부름으로 당신의 죄를 씻어내십시오. 

22:17 "When I returned to Jerusalem and was praying at the temple, I fell into a trance
22:18 and saw the Lord speaking.

"내가 예루살렘으로 돌아와 성전에서 기도할 때에 환상 속에서 주님께서 말씀하시는 것을 보았습니다."

'Quick!' he said to me. '속히 서둘러라.'고 그가 내게 말씀하셨습니다. 

'Leave Jerusalem immediately, because they will not accept your testimony about me.'

예루살렘을 즉시 떠나라. 왜냐하면 그들이 나에 대한 너의 증거을 받아들이지 않을 것이기 때문이다.

22:19 "'Lord,' I replied, 'these men know that I went from one synagogue to another to imprison and beat those who believe in you."

"주님"하고 내가 대답했습니다. "이 사람들은 제가 주님을 믿는 사람들을 가두고 매질하려고 이 회당 저 회당으로 돌아다녔다는 사실을 알고 있습니다."

22:20 And when the blood of your martyr Stephen was shed, 

그리고 당신의 순교자 스데반의 피가 흘려졌을 때에

I stood there giving my approval and guarding the clothes of those who were killing him.'

나는 (그를 죽이는 것을) 승인하며 그를 죽이는 자들의 옷을 지키며 거기에 서 있었습니다.
