Our SHTCA Alumni recently participated in the HOTELEX Shanghai for the China International Young Chefs Competition 2025 and achieved outstanding results. The competition brought together emerging culinary talents from around the world in a thrilling celebration of creativity, technique, and innovation. This prestigious event provided a global platform for the next generation of chefs to showcase their skills through a series of high-stakes culinary challenges.

The results are in, and it’s time to celebrate a proud moment for Malaysia on the international culinary stage!
