[Job description]
Communicate brand message to retailer and customer by strategic trade marketing plan and effective action plan. Support marketing manager and ensure sales and market oriented program implementation flawlessly, and to settle down trade marketing capability and work scope effectively.
[Responsibilities]
Set Strategies of each brand :
-Set goals to be achieved in terms of brand identity, direction, position, sales target
-Analyze territory to clearly understand factors important to local customers
-Review brand vision and direction with concerned department team
-Utilize tools and tactics to drive growth
-Convince key decision makers to implement strategies to drive goals
-Routinely perform staff education and refreshers to ensure brand understanding
-Actively share examples of marketing activities to demonstrate key points
Create Events :
-Ensure perfect execution, branding, product availability, and follow-up around all -marketing events taking place in or around top accounts and venues
-Manage POS and marketing related inventory
Build Relationships :
-Engage in activities to build relationship with key influencers in accounts/territory
-Develop various relationships that can result in business development
-Close communication and monitoring with the sales team to work on budgeting, track progress and provide feedback
Execution :
-Optimize sales by executing

-Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
-Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
-Budget management. Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity with agreed budget
-Coordinate and build strong working relationship with various internal / external business partners and customers
-Build up in-store promotion tools to generate sales and meet customer’s needs
-Find out new biz opportunity through interactive & proactive co-work with Sales
-Draw consumer insight(shopper insight) and reflect them into marketing plan
-Develop and deliver sales tool kit to sales forces
[Requirements]
-Marketing / Trade marketing experience + 3 yrs
-Planning & executing experience in marketing / trade marketing strategies
-Excellent communication skill, strategic thinker, good team player, goal oriented
-Consumer / customer driven, responsible, leadership
-Deep understanding and experiences in brand strategy
-Good knowledge in customer behavior and sentiment, identifying key customers attributes
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills across other functions
-Bachelor`s degree
