BOMBSHELL! TRUMP JUST DECLARED WAR ON GEORGE SOROS with Texas AG Ken Paxton Subtitle We got a lot of news to get to here. Well, we've got some big legal news to get to today. First, the Trump administration just pulled off the gloves and they are officially, it seems, going after George Soros and his son, Alex Soros. It's about time. Trump said on social media today that Soros's should be charged with RICO because of their support of violent protests. And of course, through his Open Society Foundation, Soros has funneled millions of dollars to get radical left judges and district attorneys all over the country into office. And of course, these radical leftist judges are the ones who refuse to prosecute criminals and in some cases criminal illegal aliens just like and avoiding ICE agents, by the way, just like Judge Hannah Dugan in Wisconsin. There she is. Take a look at her. And uh, of course, we saw on she was just indicted because, as you can see here in this video, she was basically leading criminal illegals out the back door of the courthouse to avoid the ICE agents that were just sitting right here in front of her. and she could now face up to see there there were the federal agents there and then the judge walks down the hallway and uh basically uh distracts them and leads them out. So for all of this and more, we wanted to bring in the great Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to dive into each of these stories today. We got a lot to talk about. Ken, welcome to the show, Mr. Attorney General. Great to see you here finally on Redacted. >> So glad to be on your great show. I've enjoyed watching you. >> Oh, thank you so much. And I like the hat very much. >> Texas first. >> So I I want to get your take. We got a lot of stuff to talk about. You've been very very busy um and doing a lot of great work down there. I want to just get your sense of this George Soros thing because every time these protests pop up across the country, there always seems to be some sort of open society foundation linkage, it would appear to me anyway, um funding of these violent protests. And what do you make of Trump's push for like a RICO play to bring in him and his son? >> Look, I like it because George Soros has been doing this for at least a decade, inciting violence, uh, violent mobs, violent protests. And look, we we believe in the First Amendment. We believe that people should be able to protest peacefully. That's not what George Soros pushes. And there's no reason he should not be investigated and potentially prosecuted for inciting violence around our country. You can't do that in our country. That is beyond the limits of free speech and beyond the limits of the first amendment. So I think he should at least be investigated. We ought to find out what the truth is because we are very we've been suspicious for years that that's exactly what's going on. And then of course, as you suggested, he's also been spending a lot of money uh electing district attorneys across the country, including in the liberal cities of my state. And what that means is more crime because these guys, these prosecutors do not prosecute many crimes that they should otherwise prosecute. Well, if the President Trump, you know, if this doesn't move forward at the federal level, could you in Texas go after him? Would this be sort of the catalyst maybe that you would need in Texas to look at him individually? So, one of my great frustrations in my state, and I've been complaining about this for years, for as long as I've been attorney general, which is 11 years. A lot of states have the ability, the Texas attorney general has backup jurisdictions called concurrent jurisdiction with district attorneys or like in state certain states like I know Alaska that that AG actually directs the district attorneys. In our state, the DAs have full authority. So, in other words, they cannot prosecute or prosecute. they can commit crimes themselves and no one would prosecute them. There's no backup in Texas. I have insisted that we should have concurrent jurisdiction for the attorney general so that if DAs aren't prosecuting laws, which under certain laws, we know that's happening in Texas and that crime is rampant in certain of these big cities, we would have a backup. Right now, the legislature has not seemed fit to give the jurisdiction to the attorney general that they should because otherwise crime is going to continue to be uh ramped up in these big cities in our in our state. >> But the president is publicly calling for RICO charges and constitutionally a president should not be ordering prosecutions. These should be separate uh branches of government. So, you are somebody who could launch could can you at least launch your own investigations even if you're a little bit hamstrung for prosecution. And what do you make of the president making these open calls for for prosecution? >> Look, everybody has an opinion. They can he can give his opinion. He ultimately has just like I can give my opinion. I don't have the ability to prosecute. I can give you my opinion. Uh but yeah, I mean, if we if we had some angle that we could investigate, we'd be certainly open to doing that. We actually are investigating one of George Soros's uh organizations right now. So, we're in the process of investigating his organization and Betto's organization under our nonprofit laws, which I do have authority under to to take away charters if we believe that they are being inappropriately used or deceiving consumers about their donations. So, we are in the process of investigating Soros. My challenge is I need district attorneys who will actually prosecute if we find criminal charges and who will actually investigate, have their own investigations and do their own prosecutions. And that's where we run into the trouble in Texas with DAs who are largely elected by Soros. >> Can you talk about that? I mean, this is unbelievable to me. So, you have district attorneys where crimes are presented and they're simply just not even prosecuting the crimes. They're letting these criminals walk free. I mean, I I don't understand how they how they can sleep at night. this is their job after all. I mean, this has been a huge frustration of you in Texas. Can you talk about this? >> Unfortunately, I've watched the sort of iteration of how Soros has done that. I I used to work with district attorneys who were Democrats in Bear County, uh, Nicola Hood. I used to work with Margaret um or who was the district attorney in Austin, which is Travis County, and they would do their job. They would prosecute. But Soros came in and knocked out Democratic DAs who were prosecuting people because there's not a competitive primary in these liberal cities that's all Democrats. And with his money, he was able to take out real prosecutors that were Democrats and put in prosecutors that are not prosecuting that are doing exactly what he put him there to do, which is pretty much ignore much of the crime going on and focus on political issues rather than criminal activity. and that is affecting Texas in a very negative way. The legislature, as I said, suggested, should fix that. They should give concurrent jurisdiction. Have a backup plan. So, if it's not happening, at least have somebody that can step in and do it. I think that best person is the attorney general. We do have that for voter fraud, and uh I think we should have it for other crimes, >> but all of this money that Soros puts into these causes, mostly that's allowed. So, how does it shape then justice at the local level and is there something we should do about this for further disclosure or I mean what you're looking into is whether or not there's incitement to something that's not allowed but at on most of it what we see is he is getting his social agenda played out through his own power of the dollar. >> Yeah. Buying judges buying district attorneys from Philadelphia all the way through Texas all across the country. >> That's a problem. And so, you know, what what how are we supposed to feel about what we can do about that? >> Well, we we elect representatives in Texas to the Texas House and to the Texas Senate. If if if people would speak out on that issue, if it would become an issue for for voters, for primary voters particularly, get the Republicans to stand up and not just ignore this issue, which they are ignoring it, haven't stood up for the district attorneys. And I have begged them for years, but it needs to be the people that speak up. They need to be aware that this is a significant issue. I have visited our financial crime unit out in Tyler, Texas, and they've told me more and more gangs, cartels are coming into our big cities from other countries like Colombia and Romania and China and doing financial crimes because guess what? There's no downside. There's no risk. They will not be prosecuted. And so there's going to be more financial crimes which are going to affect banks, which are going to affect cost to consumers. All of this is happening because George Soros has had the ability to elect district attorneys that won't prosecute. And the legislature has not responded in kind by allowing another officer to take that on, which I guarantee you if they'd let me do it, we could we could definitely make an impact on these crimes. >> Oh, that's why you have a target on your back, sir, because you're willing to call out both sides, Republicans and Democrats. Uh, it's it's punk rock and we love it. But now we see why the media came after you. >> That was not a question, >> just a statement. It >> was just a compliment. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. How about this? Thank you. There you
