Learning doesn’t stop when you become a teacher or working adult.

Our Heads of Department, academic staff and support staff recently spent time with educator and author Sam Crome, exploring the building blocks of strong, effective teams.

The session looked at everything from trust, belonging and psychological safety to better teamwork and more purposeful meetings, with plenty of opportunities to reflect on how we can continue working better together.

Professional growth is an important part of life at Nexus. By continuing to learn, challenge our thinking and develop as a team, we can keep growing alongside the learners we support every day.
