■ From KiMu Training to Healing

Wavelength Practice

This morning, we are practicing Wavelength Practice through KiMu training. Working with a partner, we pay attention to what we sense from the other person while also noticing the flow of energy within our own bodies.

This afternoon, we will have a healing session. The morning practice is helping students understand the connection between KiMu and healing through their own bodies and minds, before we explore it further together.

■ Del Entrenamiento KiMu a la Sanación

Wavelength Practice
Práctica de Ondas
----
