IB Geography students headed out to the River Ayer Hitam-fieldwork.

This week, our Lower Sixth IB Geography students headed out to the River Ayer Hitam for an action-packed day of fieldwork, investigating hydrological variables like velocity, sediment size and water quality for their Internal Assessment. After postponing due to the heavy rain, the clear skies made for the perfect hands-on learning experience. Working in teams, they measured, analysed and even took a quick dip to cool off. We’re so lucky at MCM to have this incredible natural environment right on our doorstep - the perfect classroom for curious minds.

이번 주에는 하부 식스 IB 지리 학생들이 속도, 퇴적물 크기, 수질과 같은 수문학적 변수를 조사하고 내부 평가를 위해 Ayer Hitam 강으로 향했습니다. 폭우로 인해 연기된 후 맑은 하늘은 완벽한 실습 학습 경험을 제공했습니다. 팀을 이루어 일하며 더위를 식히기 위해 측정, 분석, 심지어 빠르게 잠수하기도 했습니다. MCM에서 호기심 많은 사람들을 위한 완벽한 교실인 놀라운 자연 환경을 바로 문 앞에 두고 있다는 것은 정말 행운입니다.
