물론 정말 어렵지만, 조금 씩 논리를 따라가다보면 어느 정도까지는 극복할 수도 있는 것 같습니다. 

전치사 on : 접촉- 닿아있는 것

전기선이 연결되어 전기가 들어오는 것 : turn on

He is on the national soccer team. (국가대표에 닿아있는 것 à 국가대표소속)

Ending school violence on Youtube. (컴퓨터나 TV 화면에 닿아있는 것이니까 on을 사용)

The girls around Rory pass a bottle of nail polish back and forth as Rory concentrates on writing in her notebook. (집중하는 대상이 닿아있으므로 on)

Why do you pounce on every single thing I say? (pounce는 원래 “확 덮치다의 의미”니까 덮치는 대상이 있겠죠? 그래서 on이 나왔고, pounce on은 그 외에도 “뭔가를 물고 늘어지다”의 의미도 있는데 여기서는 그런 의미인 듯)
