There is no inflammation in the Buddha's body
Among the ambush that many practitioners encounter while practicing, inflammation is the most difficult to solve. The problem is even worse because you don't even know you have inflammation in your body. Our body is composed of 60 to 70 trillion cells. Cells come together to make tissues, tissues come together to make organs, and organs come together to make a human body. If so, it is a fact that even a child can predict that preventing each cell from getting sick is the way to maintain health.
What if these vital cells are inflamed? Before you can live up to your given life span, you will get sick and die. Living like a Shinseon is to keep cells healthy by finding out the secret to keeping cells healthy and maintaining their lifespan. Of course, it goes without saying that if your cells are healthy, your mind will be peaceful.
When cells are inflamed, nerves harden. When the nerves harden, the muscles also harden. Of course, the muscles related to breathing will also harden, and all organs in the abdomen, including the stomach, small intestine, large intestine, and rectum, will be hardened. When the organs are stiff, the diaphragm does not go down. If the diaphragm doesn't go down, the blood in the abdomen will stagnate, and of course, free radicals will be rampant. These free radicals cause fatal damage to cells. As mentioned earlier, all diseases are caused by active oxygen. Remember that inflammation in your body is also caused by free radicals. Active oxygen is caused by poor blood circulation. Blood circulation disorders are caused by stiffening of the body. It is the mind that makes the body rigid.
I will have a chance to explain it again, but to put it briefly, the principle of qi therapy is also to move the mind. It is to move the mind and relax the rigid body. If the patient is suffering from various diseases because he is unable to relax his rigid body, it is to move his mind to relax his body. In medical terms, this is called the ‘placebo effect’. It is the same principle as the reason why people who have been possessed get better after receiving a deity or holding a celestial ceremony.
Which part of the body is most prone to inflammation? What I experienced was the nostrils. The nostrils are very important to meditators, but most people are completely unaware of their importance. Scientists as well as medical scientists acknowledge that the cause of all diseases is cell inflammation caused by active oxygen, so if you manage this inflammation well, you can live a long and healthy life. However, conquering this inflammation is not an easy task. It must be remembered that inflammation can never be caught unless the structure of the human body is corrected. In the future, we will solve one by one how to change the structure of our human body.
Why do you want to practice now? Do you want to become a Buddha? Or do you want to become a Taoist? Or do you want to become a Shinseon? Or do you want to live a healthy life? Or do you want to empty your mind? Finding the real 'true me' through a fake body, this is practice. Because of my fake body, I, the real me, cannot get out of the swamp of pain. You need to know the fake to find the real one, but you still don't even know what the structure of the fake body looks like.
If you imitate the Buddha by quoting the Buddha's words and not knowing what the Buddha's body looks like, how can you reach the Tao? The practice of Seongmyeongssangsu is to find out by analyzing and experiencing the fake body in detail. And based on that knowledge, it is to revive the sick human body and change the structure so that it will never get sick again. Furthermore, it is revealed that it is a practice to become a Buddha in search of the original spirit lost because of the body.
