택하신 자들(the very elect)

만일 주께서 그 날들을 감하지 아니하셨더면 모든 육체가 구원을 얻지 못할 것이어늘 자기의 택하신 백성을 위하여 그 날들을 감하셨느니라
거짓 그리스도들과 거짓 선지자들이 일어나서 이적과 기사를 행하여 할 수만 있으면 택하신 백성을 미혹케 하려 하리라 (막 13:20, 22)

And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he has chosen, he has shortened the days.
For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

만일 주께서 그 날들을 감하지 아니하셨더면 모든 육체가 구원을 얻지 못할 것이어늘 자기의 택하신 자들을 위하여(for the elect's sake) 그 날들을 감하셨느니라

그 날들을 감하지 아니할 것이면 모든 육체가 구원을 얻지 못할 것이나 그러나 택하신 자들을 위하여(for the elect's sake) 그 날들을 감하시리라(마 24:22, 24)
거짓 그리스도들과 거짓 선지자들이 일어나 큰 표적과 기사를 보이어 할 수만 있으면 택하신 자들(the very elect)도 미혹하게 하리라
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
