We were delighted to welcome Jeroen Van De Waal, founder of OrcaNation (@orcanationofficial), as part of our Sustainability of the Oceans Tours!

Jeroen shared his inspiring journey with our Primary learners, taking them through stories of his passion for the ocean, his experiences, and his commitment to protecting our marine ecosystem.

His journey reminded our learners that career paths can take unexpected turns, and that the things we are passionate about can open doors to meaningful opportunities to make a difference in the world.

Our learners also had the chance to share their own ideas with Jeroen through a handmade underwater diorama, showcasing their creativity and commitment to protecting our oceans.

And what a special way to end the session! Jeroen gifted one of our learners a copy of his latest book, Together We Can Turn the Tides — a wonderful keepsake from an inspiring encounter.
