■ A Barbecue Dinner at Home After Sightseeing

As soon as we returned home after a full day of sightseeing, we all began preparing a barbecue dinner together.

Although it was raining outside, thick steaks and potatoes were cooking beautifully on the grill. The perfectly grilled steak, served with a refreshing cucumber salad, seemed to make the day’s fatigue disappear instantly.

After completing the seminar and training, sitting comfortably together, sharing food, laughing, and talking was another precious part of this journey.

And here is the fun T-shirt I wore today!
It perfectly captures my expressions and tone of voice when teaching Sodose, one of the fundamental stances I always emphasize to my students.

The sightseeing was enjoyable, the barbecue was delicious, and the wonderful people around me made the evening even warmer and more memorable.

■ Una cena de barbacoa en casa después del paseo turístico

En cuanto regresamos a casa después de un día completo de turismo, comenzamos a preparar juntos una cena de barbacoa.

Aunque estaba lloviendo, los gruesos filetes de carne y las patatas se cocinaban perfectamente en la parrilla. El filete bien asado, acompañado de una refrescante ensalada de pepino, hizo que el cansancio del día desapareciera de inmediato.

Después de finalizar el seminario y los entrenamientos, sentarnos tranquilamente, compartir la comida, reír y conversar fue también una parte muy valiosa de este viaje.

¡Y aquí está la divertida camiseta que llevé hoy!
Refleja perfectamente mis expresiones y mi manera de hablar cuando enseño Sodose, una de las posturas fundamentales que siempre recalco a mis alumnos.

■ 관광을 마친 뒤, 집에서 즐긴 바비큐 저녁

하루 동안의 관광을 마치고 집으로 돌아오자마자, 모두 함께 저녁 바비큐를 준비했다.

밖에는 비가 내리고 있었지만, 그릴 위에서는 두툼한 스테이크와 감자가 맛있게 익어갔다. 잘 구워진 스테이크에 상큼한 오이 샐러드까지 곁들이니, 하루의 피로가 금세 사라지는 듯했다.

세미나와 수련을 모두 마친 뒤, 편안하게 둘러앉아 음식을 나누며 웃고 이야기하는 시간도 이번 여정의 소중한 한 부분이다.

그리고 오늘 입은 재미있는 티셔츠 한 장!
평소 수련생들에게 기본자세 중 하나인 소도세를 지도할 때의 내 표정과 말투가 그대로 담겨 있다.
