※ PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, trends, and opportunities. Assignments include maintaining journals and ledgers, preparing financial statements, conducting financial studies and coordinating financial projects. Duties include approving transactions, evaluating opportunities, and making recommendations regarding project progress and future business opportunities
Manages order administration personnel and processes within assigned area of responsibility (Domestic, International, Clariion etc). Hires, trains and supports order administrators, provides system and process training to employees and other groups. Ensure adherence to all order management policies and procedures. Attends required meetings and reviews/approves all documents required to process an order within EMC. Ensures proper communication with Field Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Operations and Service.
• Reviews and approves all orders greater than a pre-determined $ amount for accuracy and to ensure that EMC''s published revenue recognition criteria is being adhered to. • Implements and informs staff of new policies and procedures. Ensures all system requirements (product pricing, transfer pricing etc) are current, accurate and adhered to. • Runs weekly meeting with staff on backlog and pending deals. Update management on pending status and run ad hoc reports as requested. • Assists and works with other departments for problem resolution (credit, revenue accounting, contracts, shipping, manufacturing, allocations and sales). Attends cross-functional meetings to address issues and enhance communication. • Handles special projects as needed by management. Provides field training as needed. • Manages day to day operations within assigned area. Prioritizes long and short-term allocation of workload. • Supervises direct reports. Conducts monthly one-on-ones with each employee. Monitors Product Administrators performance and conducts reviews. Provides mentoring and coaching to staff and provides input into professional development plans. Interview, hires and trains new Product Administrators. |
