3. 미국 - 장자의 책임 - 3 

미국을 장자국이라고 아버님께서 세워주셨지요? 장자는 부모 앞에 효자가 돼야 하고 형제들 앞에 존경받는 형이 돼야 하는데, 미국이 그 책임을 하고 있어요? 책임이 주어졌다는 그것만을 가지고 하늘나라에 못 들어갑니다. 아버님은 100% 가르쳐주고 보여주셨는데, 그것을 실천궁행하지 못하게 되면 부끄러운 존재가 되는 것입니다.

아버님이 라스베거스의 섭리를 생각하신 것은 미국을 책임 할 수 있는 자리에 세워주시기 위한 것입니다. 아버님은 라스베이거스를 신 시티(sin city)라고 하셨지요? 죄악의 도시라는 뜻입니다. 왜 여기에서 섭리를 펼치셨을까요? 동기가 어떻게 됐든 간에 현재 라스베이거스의 입장을 보게 될 때, 여기에서 벌어지는 모든 것은 세계로 통하는 환경을 갖고 있습니다.

옛날에 로마제국 때 모든 길은 로마로 통한다고 했습니다. 대영제국 때에는 해가 지지 않는 영국이라고 했습니다. 이 라스베거스가 세계로 통할 수 있는 환경이 돼 있습니다. 그것을 부모님은 아셨습니다.

여기를 바꿔서 하늘 편으로 돌리게 되면, 궁극적으로 세계 복귀가 가능합니다. 여기에 전 세계의 사람들이 모일 수 있는 도박장도 있지만 컨벤션 문화 시스템이 잘 돼 있고, 호텔도 있어서 한 도시에서 수십만을 수용할 수 있습니다. 이것이 얼마나 놀라운 환경입니까?

이런 환경을 가진 도시가 여기밖에 없습니다. 유동 인구가 굉장하지요? 사람들이 여기에 왔다 가면서 각자가 자기 나라의 이익을 생각합니다. 그런데 여러분이 그 사람들과 인연을 맺어서 전도 하게 되면 세계에 우리 뜻을 잘 알릴 수 있을 것입니다.

이곳에 오는 사람들은 각 나라에서 재정적으로나 모든 면으로 지위가 있는 사람들입니다. 하늘이 한때를 위해서 준비한 도시라고 말할 수 있습니다. 외적으로나 세상적으로는 나쁜 이미지를 갖고 있는 도시이기도 하지만, 내적으로 우리가 그것을 소화해서 부활시킨다면 전체를 살릴 수 있는 도시입니다. 미국이 책임을 못 한 것을 라스베이거스에서부터 탕감할 수 있다는 것입니다. (2013.5.2, 천화궁)

3. アメリカー長子の責任 - 3 

お父様はアメリカを長子国として立ててくださったでしょう？長子は親の前に孝子となり、兄弟の前に尊敬される兄にならなければなりませんが、アメリカはその責任を果たしているでしょうか。責任が与えられたというそれだけでは天国に入れません。

お父様は、100パーセント教え、見せてくださいましたが、それを実践躬行することができなければ恥ずかしい存在になるのです。お父様がラスベガスの摂理を考えられたのは、アメリカを、責任を果たせる立場に立ててくださるためでした。

お父様はラスベガスをシン・シティ（sin city)とおっしやったでしょう。罪悪の都市という意味です。なぜここで摂理を展開されたのでしょうか。動機がどうであれ、現在のラスベガスの立場を見ると、ここで起きるすべてのことが世界に通じるそのような環境をもっています。

昔、ローマ帝国の時に「すべての道はローマに通ず」と言いました。大英帝国の時には「日が沈まない国」と言われました。このラスベガスが世界へと通じ得る環境になっています。

それを父母様は御存じでした。ここを変えて天の側に返すようになれば、究極的に世界の復帰が可能です。ここに世界中の人々が集まれる賭博場もありますが、コンベンション文化システムがよくできているし、ホテルもあり、一つの都市が数十万を収容することができます。

これらは、どれほど驚くべき環境でしょうか。このような環境をもった都市はここにしかありません。流動人口がすごいでしょう。人々はここに来て帰りながら、各自が自分の国の利益を考えます。ところが皆さんがその人々と関係を結んで伝道するようになれば、世界に私たちのみ旨をよく知らせることができるでしょう。

ここに来る人々は、各国で財政的にもすベての面で地位のある人々です。天がこの時のために準備した都市であると言えます。外的にもこの世的には悪いイメージをもっている都市でもありますが、内的に私たちがそれを消化して復活させるならば、全体を生かすことができる都市です。アメリカが責任を果たせないことをラスベガスから蕩減できるのです。（2013.5.2、天和宮）

3. America—the elder son's responsibility - 3 

True Father established America as the elder son. An elder son should be a filial son to his parents and a respected elder brother for his siblings, but has America fulfilled that responsibility?

You cannot enter the kingdom of heaven based on the mere fact that you were given a responsibility. True Father has taught you and shown you what you need to do 100 percent, and if you cannot put that into practice, you will be disgraced.

True Father first thought of the Las Vegas providence because he wished to establish America in a position to carry out its responsibility. True Father called Las Vegas the "sin city,” didn't he? It means that Las Vegas is a sinful city.

Why, then, did he begin the providence here? Whatever the motive may be, when you consider the position of Las Vegas today, you can see that its environment is such that everything that happens here is connected to the world.

At the time of the Roman Empire, it was said that all roads lead to Rome. At the time of the British Empire, it was said that the sun never sets on the British Empire. Las Vegas is in an environment where it can be connected to the world, and True Parents knew that.

If this city can be restored to Heaven's side, ultimately the restoration of the world will become possible. Though it has casinos where people from all over the world gather, it also has a remarkable system for holding conventions and also enough hotels to house hundreds of thousands of people in one city. What an amazing environment this is!

This is the only city with such an environment. There are many travelers here, aren't there? When people visit this place, they think only of their country's interests.

However, if you can form connections with such people and witness to them, it will be an opportunity to spread our movement around the world. The people who come here from other countries are people of rank, either in the financial sector or in other sectors.

It could be said to be a city that Heaven has prepared for a certain time. Though it is a city that has a bad image throughout the world, it will be able to save the entire world if we can digest and resurrect it internally. In other words, in Las Vegas we can start indemnifying the responsibility that America failed to fulfill. (2013.05.02, Cheon Hwa Gung)
