Divine Spirituality (神性, Absolute Divine Spirituality of Original Essence) and
Divine Image (神相, Absolute Divine Truth of Original Essence).
The Divine Image (神相) consists of:
Original Internal Nature (本性相, Original Internal Nature) and
Original External Form (本形狀, Original External Form).
The Original Internal Nature (本性相) consists of:
Inner Internal Nature, and
Inner External Form.
The Original External Form (本形狀, Pre-Energy) consists of:
Outer Internal Nature, and
Outer External Form.
b. Principle-Based Christological Understanding of the Cited Text.
Based on the above Ontology of God’s Original Being, the concepts of:
a. masculine Divine Characteristic, and
b. feminine Divine Characteristic
do not exist within God’s Original Being.
God exists as the harmonized, unified, and blended Being of
Original Internal Nature and Original External Form.
As such,
God—who is the Harmonized Union of Internal Nature and External Form—
dwells within the perfected Adam and Eve, who have become God’s temples.
c. “God’s Marriage Ceremony”.
The correct Christological understanding is this:
At the marriage ceremony of the perfected Adam (temple) and perfected Eve (temple),
the spiritual Original Being of God,
who is the Harmonized Union of Original Internal Nature and Original External Form, dwells within them.
This indwelling is what the passage refers to—
not that God is literally conducting a marriage ceremony for Himself.
d. “Adam becomes God’s body; Eve becomes God’s body”.
This means:
God’s spiritual Original Being dwells within the perfected Adam and Eve, who have become God’s temples.
Just as a dove inside a birdcage does not transform the cage into the dove’s biochemical organism,
likewise, even though God’s spiritual Original Being dwells within the perfected Adam and Eve,
Adam and Eve themselves do not become God’s spiritual Original Being.
There is indwelling,
but not ontological transformation.
3. Conclusion.
As examined above:
Even though God’s spiritual Original Being dwells within the perfected Adam and Eve, Adam and Eve themselves do not become God’s spiritual Original Being.
Therefore:
The marriage ceremony of the perfected Adam and perfected Eve cannot be God’s marriage ceremony.
This is the Principle-based Christological understanding.
