자가정비 흥달이~~~Battistinis Leading Axle Fork Legs 꼭.. 해보고 싶은 작업의 감상~~~

오래전 부터 눈여겨 보던 제품입니다 ..
battistinis 23인치 포크레그 이며.
획기적인 디자인에 반해버렸습니다 .

한국의 커스덤은 투어링경우 인치업이 26을 이상을 원하는것이 성향이라
위제품을 아직 접해보진 못하였습니다 .

그러나 저는 23인치의 (경량휠) 발란스도 좋아합니다.

1. 포크 레그
2. 포크커버(옵션 이지만 거의 필수)
3.23인치 휠
4. 23인치 휀다
5.포크 카트리지 (프로그레시브 또는 다른브렌드) (옵션)
6.pm 13인치 켈리퍼 (옵션)
7.13인치 디스크로터 (옵션)

위 7가지를 모두 구입을 하려면 금액이 상당 합니다.

해보고 싶은 제품이며 만져보고 감상하고 장착해 보고 싶은 제품입니다.
현재 우리나라에 시도 하지 않은듯 합니다.

제 눈에는 멋집니다~~~가치 상승 입니다..

이제품의 특징은..
포크 각도는 순정을 유지 하고.. 바퀴의 엑슬이
1 1/2 포워드
1/2다운 인것이 특징입니다
트리플 트리를 하여 넥을 변경하거나 하지않습니다.
즉...
앞바퀴 앞으로 보내는 엑슬 구조 입니다.
단단하거나 안전성은
이 브렌드를 믿습니다.


designed and built a new style set of  lower legs taking its flair from the 70’s Motocross Inspired era.

These legs feature an axle that is offset over 1 1/2” forward and around 1/2” lower to give a perfect trail when fitting a 23” front wheel into any touring bike. 

A true bolt on part Leading Axle ™ fork legs simply replace the stock lower legs without the need to remove the fairing, trees or altering frame geometry. The Leading Axle ™ fork leg has the corrected trail built right into the leg. 

The Leading Axle ™ fork legs  utilize stock brakes, fender and all fork internals. they can be replaced in under two hours which reduces the downtime and labor cost.

A simple change out that improves the ride and handling of your bike  giving a tough new stance to your motorcycle.

Leading Axle ™ fork legs are Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum and are of modular construction allowing for various color combos. Four available finishes, all Chrome, all Black, Chrome & Black or Black & Chrome. 

Leading Axle ™ fork legs feature a wrap around fender mount that has the corrected alignment built in to allow the use of the stock fender.
No need for any extra raise up kits.

The caliper mounting brackets are held in place with 2 x 1/2” bolts to ensure extreme rigidity and provide the option of single or dual disc. (a radial mounting bracket and caliper is also available and sold separately).

The radial mount caliper can be set up to use 11.5”, 11.8”,  13”, 16” or even 18” rotors.  You can start with the stock rotor and upgrade any time you want.

Axle can be fitted either way and is secured with an axle cap which protects the leg from possible damage if cross threaded.

Keeps full suspension travel with a 23” front wheel.  no need to instal travel limiters or uprated springs. Kit is also compatible with American Suspensions Fully adjustable cartridge and suspension kits.

With the Axle offset the “high point” of the wheel is now more forward making the wheel and tire appear larger.  doing this gains frame and tree clearance.  

Using the offset fork leg allows you more travel than using raked trees or any previous option.

Patent pending design provides you with an easy way to get the best ride on your 23” wheel conversion.  Nothing else needed, looks great with the stock front fender.
