The insulation wasn’t staying in place, the performance didn’t meet my standard so I knew it wouldn’t meet yours. Our tent is amazing but the whole experience could be spoiled by a faulty mattress.</p><p>The pad has caused a delay in production. As frustrated as you may be, just know I feel it for each of you! Our shipping goal was originally December 10th. Now it looks like we will start shipping by December 19th. They will be shipping from Utah so depending on where you live, it <span class="text-italic">could</span> still arrive by the 24th.</p><p>But, with greatest apologies, the majority of you should receive your tent just after the holidays. When we launched our campaign we had more than a month and a half built in as a production margin. It has been a learning experience for me to see just how quickly time erodes with manufacturing.</p><p><span class="bold">Now for the good news.</span></p><p>Free Stuff!</p><p>We always planned on producing two versions of the air mattress, Insulated and Ultralight (non-insulated). Meanwhile we’ve been designing an accessory product, a custom Insulation Sleeve for the air mattress. This neoprene cover slips over the pad and makes it softer, more durable, and much warmer.<span class="text-italic"> (See performance details bellow)</span></p><p>As mentioned, there was a delay in the production of the Insulated Pad. But we’ll have the Ultralight Pad ready with our shipment of tents… So we wanted to give you a couple options.</p><p> <span class="bold">Option 1: Ultralight Pad</span></p><p>Your tent ships once our inventory arrives with the Ultralight Pad <span class="text-italic">AND</span> the new Insulation Sleeve.
